Helicopter Flight paths
For something special and only available for a short time each year when conditions are just right, our Foggy Flights take you above the valley to watch it wake up under a fluffy blanket of fog.
Our heliport is located above the valley in the Strzelecki foothills. This allows us to take off into clear, still conditions and enjoy uninterrupted views of the fog below.
We’ll follow the edge of the hills, flying in clear sunshine alongside the fog as it sits over the valley. Each flight is slightly different, with the route guided by the day’s conditions. For safety, we do not fly into or above fog, and your pilot will maintain clear visual contact with the ground at all times.
These flights are for early risers, with an 8am departure and only one to two Foggy Flights available per day before the fog lifts. As this experience depends on the perfect conditions, confirmation will be provided the day prior once the weather can be assessed.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to complete paperwork, be weighed, and attend the pre-flight safety briefing.
All passengers must present a valid photo ID at check‑in.
Complimentary parking is available at our departure location.

- Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather on the day.
- Enclosed toe, non-slip footwear is recommended.
- Sunglasses, sunscreen and a cap.
- Camera or phone to take photos of your experience.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Steps may be required to enter the helicopter. Passengers must be able to safely board and exit the aircraft with minimal assistance.
- Please let us know in advance of any mobility issues or medical conditions so we can accommodate you where possible.
Pregnant passengers in the third trimester should consult their doctor before flying.
Not recommended for passengers with severe motion sickness, heart conditions, recent surgery, or vertigo.
Space is limited; no large bags or bulky items are permitted onboard.
Smoking and alcohol is not permitted on board.
Weight and size limits apply for safety reasons - maximum passenger weight is 120kg.
Please provide current passenger weights when booking, passengers may be weighed as part of the check-in process.

Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund or credit within 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or enquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
